WNBA: Live Games & Scores App Reviews

Live coverage of games doesnt work, plays for a split second then app crashes.

Great May 24, 2014 update! The app now works on my iPad mini with Retina display. Thanks to the technical team! I love this app primarily because it allows me to watch just about every WNBA game. Of course, cant watch them all but get to see all the stars like Elena Della Donne, Maya Moore, and lots of others. Theres also lots of other information but the live games in HD are what make it great for me. Best $15 Ive ever spent!

The previous issues with video not playing on my iPad and Apple TV appear to have been resolved. Thank you. Everything is working great!

I have not paid for the video subscription but I think the app is great without it. I use the app to review scores and stats, and to monitor other games while I am watching my home team.

There were some major problems with Live Access, but they fixed them and were responsive to feedback. Great bargain for summer sports.

I love this app. It helps me keep up with scores and games. Only downfall is since the update it never tells me what channels games come on. It used to tell me a channel if it came on TV or live access letting me know it wasnt coming on TV. This is a feature I want back so bad!!! I really hope it comes back. It would make watching games a breeze.

The app runs well. The videos are good quality, and they provide a quick box score and play-by-play for each game. Doesnt need much else.

This is a great app it shows girls and women just like men in NBA this is the greatest WNBA app try it!

No play-by-play? At least broadcast from a mike court side or let prospective users know beforehand. After years of being relegated to a third or fourth tier sport, it seemed like the WNBA was gaining a bit of momentum. Basketball - The Silent Film is not the way to build on that.

App works great! However this split screen that they are trying out is not good at all!! Why do I need two screens! I just want to see the darn game in full size! I watch it on the go on my phone so its REAL tiny. Not a good view from a smart phone. FIX IT BACK PLEASE!!!!!

So glad I have this app so I can stream it with Apple TV to my TV monitor. Otherwise Id be out of luck because ESPN is barely showing any games - even on replay list. This is only way were able to watch game 3 of playoffs today between Chicago and Atlanta. And dont want to pay for NBA Tv just to see a few months of games. Picture quality much better than last year and were getting full screen view on our TV. You have to pay for watching games live but its worth it vs NBA TV.

The LiveAccess/Center Court App offers basic functionality for convenient live and on-demand viewing of WNBA games. Needs ongoing improvements in production quality and enabling viewing across multiple owned devices under same-paid account. I had access issues attempting to switch between my iPad and iPhone. Despite using same sign-in, it attempted to require me to pay fir an additional account. Also needs a more responsive issue resolution process and should provide disclaimer that some televised games are blacked out/inaccessible. App has been in release 3 years: should seek improvements going forward regarding usability and bugs (sound dropping out, etc.).

Great app but you should make apps for every WNBA team. If you did it for NBA i dont see why you cant do it for WNBA

It needs a calendar that shows all the games for at least a week or a month at a glance. As it is I have to scroll through all the dates to see when/if my team is playing. And they really should make the entire WNBA season schedule available in ics format. For the whole league as well as individual teams.

This app is super awesome. I did have trouble logging in at first but after emailing them it was all good. I love this app because I can watch my favorite teams games even when the game isnt on TV. I can also get scores instantly and look at videos of practice reports and post game talks. It also has standings all throughout the season, so I can check on how they are compared to the other teams. You only need the pass for watching games. Although it is a major data drainer. Definitely worth it though.

I love this app it helps me keep up and track down the schedule and keep me updated on the fresh news.
